I took my car here at 4pm on Thursday - went to go find my car in the lot and it was parted 1cm from the curb - then I look at the lower bumper and lip spoiler/undertray and it’s totally scratched from climbing the curb. I confronted the attendants and one said sorry - but sorry is not good enough. I now have to make an ICBC claim to fix my car. I need the management to contact me ASAP and make this right. I have been a long customer here and this was LITERALLY my first wash with my newly purchased car here. This was totally reckless!

Although I haven’t washed my car here many times, the few experiences I’ve had were truly awful. Unfortunately, they are the only car wash in West Vancouver—and also the worst one. My earliest bad experience was several years ago during the Park Royal renovation, when the car wash had to relocate. The car wash definitely knew they were moving, but as a customer, I had absolutely no idea where they were going. At that time, I purchased a 10 times “manager’s special” package for my family, yet no one informed me that they were going to relocate, nor did anyone tell me whether the package would still be valid after the move. I was extremely angry. On top of that, the car wash did not reopen right away. I vaguely remember that it took over a year before they finally moved to their current location. My most recent experience was also very unpleasant. When they were cleaning the interior of my car—normally I’m a very clean person—I keep a yellow microfiber cloth from Costco in both the front and rear doors so I can wipe off rainwater and dust inside the car. After the wash, the cloth in the rear door was simply taken by them. Although it wasn’t worth much, this behavior was truly upsetting. These people clearly treat customers differently depending on who they think you are. I will never come here again!!!

Seems they try to go as quick as they can. Quick and dirty. Yep inside was still dirty. And I brought it in clean just wanted some dust out of it. They spent about 5-7 minutes on it with 5 or more guys. $35 for a quick wipe with a dirty cloth that left streaks all over the mirror, windshield and door panels. If that’s the interior I’d rather pay a child to wash my car. Other than the carpets the rest dried with residual grime.

Disappointed. $30 with tax and begged tip. Worse than many automatic washes I’ve been too. Waited 25 minutes. No “Managers special” they always remove this when it’s “busy” however only 1 lane was open. Rims totally doesn’t still, all the seals of my BMW were dirty, they should ask to pop the trunk and doors for a wipe down. Overall mid experience. Staff was friendly however. Would rather spend half as much for an automatic wash like the auto express wash just over the bridge on Boundary.

I've been on the lookout for a hand/do-it-yourself car wash for a long time now, and I finally stumbled upon this gem while waiting to meet my clients near Park Royal Mall in West Vancouver. Let me tell you, I won't be going anywhere else from now on. The prices at this place are unbelievably affordable, and their service is absolutely fantastic. They work quickly and efficiently, leaving my car looking spotless. Although I opted for the Deluxe Hand Wash instead of the "Interior Express" due to time constraints, I was still thoroughly impressed with the results. It cost me $24.95 plus tax, which was totally worth it. One tip I have for you is to inquire about their "Manager Special" or visit on the days when it's available because you can save $15! Unfortunately, they didn't have the special on the day I visited, but even without it, the price for both interior and exterior would have been $54.90 plus tax, which is still a fantastic deal. I've been to other car cleaners before, and I've ended up paying well over $150, so I highly recommend this place.
