I literally call my lash extension appointments here my scheduled nap time 😂 The setup is so comfortable and Yasmin works so gently that I’m usually lights out within minutes. She always listens to my feedback and somehow nails the look every single time. My lash extensions always look exactly how I want them. She’s also incredibly sweet, always asking how I’m doing but also knowing I’ll probably be asleep immediately. The LED lash extensions are amazing too. My retention has been incredible My last set honestly could have lasted over 5 weeks. If you’re looking for lash extensions, I highly recommend her!

Had a long hair Japanese hydrotherapy with Pamela and she was wonderful! She asked if the pressure for the massage was good and if everything was okay. Very relaxing treatment! I'll be back :)

We had a lovely time. My daughter is 5 and wanted to go to a spa. We booked in the works. They were so great at creating a relaxing environment but ensuring my daughter had a lovely time. She felt like such a grown up and wants me to book her next massage in. Great bonding experience

I came in last week for the Japanese Hydrotherapy. Pamela was lovely and there were definitely parts of the session that I enjoyed. However, I felt like too many techniques were being fit into a short amount of time. The movements sometimes felt harsh and rushed rather than smooth and relaxing, which took away from the overall experience. I think it could be really beneficial to simplify the session a bit and focus more on quality over quantity. The jelly face mask that was applied was ice cold which was a bit of a shock. Warming it slightly beforehand would be a small touch that could make a big difference in comfort. I also unfortunately had my hair pulled several times during the session. Overall, there were enjoyable elements, but with a few adjustments, I think the experience could be much more relaxing and cohesive.

I just went yesterday with a girlfriend of mine for our birthday gift to each other, and we had “the works” done. I’ve never had my hair pulled so much in my life I even have breakage my hair does not feel hydrated. They barely blow dried my girlfriend’s hair with a diffuser. They don’t tell you the mask that they put on you and they don’t ask any medical questions in advance they didn’t ask if I was allergic to anything or if I was pregnant or if I have diabetes.. i’ve been to medical spas before and if you’re able to write it off, which you are with a specific lady there, they should ask you these questions. When I was getting my hair blow dried, their blow dryer didn’t even have a cover for the fan in the back. It was so ghetto. And she kept dropping the blow drying brush and then just picking it back up and using it on my head. BUT the part that pisses me off the most is, I have so much hair breakage right now from how aggressively she was pulling my hair out of my scalp. I could hear it snapping and she didn’t even stop. I’m sure she had like a handful of my hair when we were all finished. I figured you would’ve seen it and stopped herself, but clearly that’s not the case. I assumed it would’ve stopped and then it just kept happening.i didn’t want to cause a fuss because my friend was a curtain beside me. Then I come to my stylist today and she tells me how much breakage I have. I’ll attach a few photos.. Hands-down, the worst experience ever DON’T GO and for the price I paid for “THE WORKS” it wasn’t even a real facial. There was no extractions. There was just steam and then a shoppers drug Mart mask placed on my face. The shampoo they used also was not professional, but the grapefruit smelled nice. She kept getting product in my eyes, for the cleanse and because it’s In citizens, I could hear conversations that were happening at the hair salon two doors down. It was not relaxing at all. It was actually the worst experience I’ve had pampering myself. My hair grows really slowly and now I’m gonna have to remember this experience for the next year and a half. But I’m telling everyone this experience.
