The staff are so knowledgeable and friendly. Lisa went above and beyond to explain everything to me- and I had a lot of questions! I felt extremely comfortable from the moment I walked in, until the moment I left. All the staff greeted me with big smiles and proved to be more than efficient in each of their roles. I highly recommend this establishment. PLUS there’s lots of parking!!

Smooth effects is my go to place in Vernon! They always have great deals and amazing, well trained, friendly staff. Just tried their tattoo removal and am loving the results.

This was my first time with laser hair removal. Lisa was friendly, explained the procedure and very patient with my 'tender' areas, making adjustments to keep me comfortable. I was impressed with the service and customer service.

I have been going to smooth effects ever since they first opened up, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The staff is incredible, they are super friendly and welcoming! Their service is extremely thorough, they’re very professional, and make you feel comfortable. I have only amazing things to say about this business, they go above and beyond on all their services. They have a great variety of products and services, definitely worth checking out, if you haven’t been here before I HIGHLY RECOMMEND checking this wonderful facility! I’d give it 10 stars out of 5 if I could!💖 I can’t wait for my next treatment, I always leave with a huge smile on my face after any treatment. Lisa and her team are one of a kind.☺️
