We drive all the way from the Ottawa area as we have been patients of Dr. Parekh and his team since he started in the office - and we feel comfortable with them. We are always welcomed with a smile from reception. This time it was Melanie. She was 4 days new. Mona, the office manager, always has a nice greeting! This visit included hygiene appointments with Shanice and Colleen. They too are friendly and professional. This was my first time with Shanice and I truly appreciated her explanations of certain treatments I required. Colleen has been working in the office longer, but she is always nice and welcoming. Dr. Parekh is a very patient and kind doctor. He explains any concerns and answers all questions. He never seems to try and up-sell or push a treatment. If he feels you need it, he tells you. If you don't require something be done right away, he tells you, but still follows your care and keeps you posted. Our comfort is important and he checks at intervals to insure all is well. Even though we may not be able to continue these visits forever, we strongly recommend Smileworx Dental Oakville.

Dr. Parekh and his team are fantastic! I have been a patient of this clinic since the last 10 years. They take time to explain the procedures in detail and the office is spotless. Doctor Parekh calls after the procedures to ensure recovery is on track.

I had a great experience getting a cavity filling here. The entire process was comfortable and completely painless. The team constantly checked in to make sure I was at ease, and the procedure itself was seamless. I truly appreciate the care and attention to detail—highly recommend!

This clinic exceeded my expectations. The environment is clean, calm, and well maintained, and the team is friendly and professional. The staff treated me with respect and patience, and the dentist did an excellent job using modern equipment. The whole process was smooth and well managed. I had a very positive experience at this dental clinic. From the reception to the treatment, everything was well organized and professional. The dentist took time to explain the procedure clearly and worked very carefully, which made me feel comfortable and confident. The staff were polite and helpful, and the management of the clinic is clearly strong. I am very satisfied with the quality of the service and would definitely recommend this clinic.
