Could not recommend smiles at Fleetwood enough!! I got in office zoom whitening done and my teeth are 3 shades whiter! Anna was so fun and knowledgeable, made me feel comfortable instantly. I know it's different per patient, but I didn't feel any sensitivity or pain at all. So happy with the results and entire process.

had a good experience getting my wisdom tooth removed. I was in pain for a while, but the procedure went smoothly, and I feel much better now. The staff was professional and caring throughout the process.

This was my second visit to the clinic, and once again I had an excellent experience. I came in for a filling, and both Dr. Oudai Ali and Ms. Rizvi did an amazing job from start to finish. I had my implant (first and second stage) on Wednesday. The pain next day was pretty manageable, only took one pain killer after the surgery and that’s it. The pain on second day was like canker sore. I was told the most difficult part has done and now I just need to wait to get the crown. Thank you Dr. Lam and Dr. Chu and your team.

I really don't know how to rate my experience. I have been going to Smiles at Fleetwood for years. However, everytime I go for my cleaning, I get inconsistent comments from the hygienists. Some said that I did fantastic job cleaning my teeth while others would say I need to clean better. I went in for my cleaning appointment yesterday and it only took half hour. Therefore, my question is why the inconsistency in the hygienists' comments? I have not wanting to say anything over the years but I am at a point I am not sure if I want to stay with them anymore. In addition, their emails, texts, and phone calls are ridiculous and too often and too many. They get annoying after a while.
