It’s been a while since I’ve gone to the dentist, so I was pretty nervous coming in. However, the staff were so welcoming and treated me so well and with kindness!! I felt comfortable and really enjoyed my time :)

I had a dental appointment today and I’m genuinely so impressed with this clinic. From the moment I walked in, everything felt organized, clean, and genuinely patient-centered. The facility is beautiful and well kept, but what really stood out is how much the team actually cares. The doctors were amazing — they took time to listen, explained everything clearly, and came up with the best plan for me. I didn’t feel rushed at all, and I left feeling confident and taken care of. Also, I have to give a special shoutout to the assistant Sandra — she was literally the best. So kind, so helpful, and she made my whole day. You can tell she truly loves what she does, and it made the entire experience feel calm and positive. If you’re looking for a clinic where the staff is genuinely thoughtful and the care is top-notch, I 100% recommend this place. I’m actually happy I went to the dentist — and that says a lot.

Went in to Smile Crafters today for a cleaning, which I do every four months. I have always been really happy with the Dental Hygenists there ,but I feel like I had to post about Ann Marie, I had her for the first time today and she was so kind, gentle and thorough and it was such a pleasant experience. She also gave me some tips to help with looking after my teeth. I really hope she stays at the Brantford location, I will ask for her EVERY TIME. Thank you Ann Marie!

Such a positive experience! Everyone at the office, especially Sandra, was friendly and professional. Dr. Rami and his assistant, Dena, explained each procedure clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The entire visit was easy, stress free, and efficient. I’ll definitely be coming back!
