I was very pleased with the professionalism regarding the hygienist Sim and the dentist was very knowledgeable and very welcoming Neha at the front desk- I have been a long term.patient here and I will keep coming back for all my dental needs.

My family and I were patients of another dentist for several years before they merged with Smile 365 in Brookswood. We decided to continue with them after our dentist retired but over the course of a few years, we noticed several staff changes. I will say the customer service we received from front line staff Neha was always kind and accommodating. For the most part we were happy with the service we received from this dental office until we started to feel differently. We felt as though our business didn’t matter to them and that we were being pushed out. Recently I had an appointment and waited nearly 40 minutes as they were running late. My appt was scheduled for 1.5hrs so I was upset that I had already been waiting so long and now was expected to be there even later. It wasn’t until I expressed my frustration when Dr Aulakh, who was covering the desk at the time, only then acknowledged the situation. There was no immediate apology or remorse for the lateness. During the service, the dentist felt rushed and even frustrated with the hygienist who was assisting her. Another hygienist interrupted to ask a question about another patient and I felt awkward that they were sharing personal information in front of me. At one point during my filling, something happened that felt stressful between the dentist and hygienist, which in turn made me feel stressed but there was no communication about what was happening. The entire service felt rushed and honestly it was the most uncomfortable filling I have ever had. After I was finished, there was no acknowledgement about them running late. I was hopeful that I would get some sort of follow up but it didn’t happen. I contacted the office the next week to cancel our future appointments and Dr Aulukh called me directly. When she asked if she could reschedule our appointments I told her that we wouldn’t be returning. It’s disappointing to feel like our business was invaluable. I would not recommend this dentist.

I’m so grateful for the care I received this week when I broke a tooth. They got me in right away and Dr Aulakh made time for me that day and fixed my tooth. I felt that I was in good hands and my tooth feels great now.

Avoid this place. Definitely not a save the tooth kind of doctor. Honestly the rest of the staff are great and helpful. But if you think you should get a second opinion on an expensive operation she tells you is the only option definitely get a second opinion. I know almost nothing about dentistry and I had to sit there and ask about different options while she kept pushing for the most expensive procedure
