The staff are friendly, professional, and make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. The dentist explains everything clearly before starting the procedure, which helped me feel less anxious. My deep cleaning was thorough, and even though I felt a little tender afterward, they gave good aftercare instructions. I had a very positive experience at this dental clinic for a night guard appointment. They scanned my teeth quickly and efficiently, and the visit was well organized. Dr. Shin was very professional and attentive, taking the time to explain the process and answer my questions. The receptionist was also extremely helpful and walked me through my insurance coverage so I knew in advance whether I would be expected to pay anything. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I visited after being recommended Dr. Shin for his experience and skill with wisdom tooth extractions, and I was truly impressed. I’ve been to many dental clinics before, but I’ve never experienced this level of expertise. Even with a difficult extraction due to curved roots, I had no swelling or bruising, minimal pain, and was able to eat the same day! Dr. Shin, the manager, and all the staff were incredibly kind and professional. Such an amazing team👍 highly recommend!

I had a great experience at this clinic. The hygienist was very thorough and gentle, and explained everything step by step while checking in with me to make sure I wasn’t in any pain. The doctor was also very kind and attentive, and really took the time to care for every detail. The front desk manager was friendly and organized as well.
