Our family has been visiting Together Smiles Dental for a long time, and we are always impressed by the kindness of the staff. Dr. Youngji Lee provided orthodontic treatment for our daughter, and we are very satisfied with the process, results, and cost. Dr. Daniel Choi takes care of our entire family with great attention and care. The receptionists and dental hygienists are all excellent and very friendly. We highly recommend this dental clinic for families!

This clinic is an absolute nightmare, especially for elderly patients. My 90-year-old grandfather had a terrible experience here. They called multiple times just hours before his appointment to change the time, which was frustrating and inconsiderate, especially for a senior who depends on others for transportation and planning. They also told him he was eligible for free dentures, but when he arrived for his appointment, they told him he didn’t qualify, wasting both his time and ours. This kind of misinformation and last-minute change is unacceptable and a complete waste of time. On top of that, the clinic advertises that they speak Chinese, which was a major reason why my grandfather chose them in the first place. He needed someone who could communicate with him. Turns out, there’s only one front desk person who speaks Chinese, and she’s not there all the time. They kept telling my grandfather that he should bring a translator, which was incredibly frustrating and disrespectful. The lack of professionalism, false promises, and poor communication left us extremely disappointed. Seniors deserve much better than this. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.

Recommend to everyone, all ages. Dr Choi very helpful and explains everything in details, and even provided translation to Chinese so it was super helpful. Reception and staffs were also friendly and the Chinese speaking front desk explained all the insurance coverage in details, so I understood what I was paying for exactly. Recommend to everyone, they even have a Chinese speaking dentist who comes every Wednesdays. Will come back for future crown making!

Detailed and accurate consultation, kind and skilled doctors providing reliable treatment! I received cavity treatment and Botox here, and the friendliness of both the staff and the medical team left a strong impression. I will continue to visit in the future and would recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a dentist.
