What a special haven for a dental clinic!! Great customer service and they think of everything to make your visit comfortable - blankets, music, etc. I was really impressed with Kiersten and how she educated me throughout my appointment and Dr. Shak is so friendly and was also wonderful with my children. Smile Haven even shared some goodies after my visit, including a custom water bottle. Branding is on point! Thank you for creating a beautiful experience!! :)

Dr. Ian is incredible, especially with children. It’s hard to explain how warm him and his wife Clarinda (dental hygienist) are without meeting them in person. This is a place you would very comfortably bring your family to for all their dental needs and stay with them for years and years and years. It is clear they care about their community as well and actively participate in community events. The facility is clean; brand new, and has a very relaxing peaceful spa like atmosphere. Lastly, they have state of the art equipment and give excellent patient education. Highly highly recommend.

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Smile Haven. From the moment I walked in, Dr. Ian and his wife Clarinda were incredibly professional, warm, and genuinely caring. Even though it was my very first visit, they treated me like family. What truly stood out was their dedication — they helped me the same day and even stayed after hours to make sure my dental issue was fully resolved. I have honestly never felt so cared for at a dental office. This was hands down the best dental visit of my life. Wherever they go, I will follow 😄 Highly, highly recommend Smile Haven!

I used to have a lot of dental anxiety from my previous clinic, but Smile Haven has been a completely different experience. From the moment I walk in, I feel calm and comfortable. The Netflix, blankets, gentle equipment, and caring staff truly make a difference and help to ease my nerves. Dr. Ian is incredibly down to earth, always on time, and never rushed. He takes the time to make sure you’re comfortable and listens to any questions or concerns, which I really appreciate. Alexie at the front desk is just as wonderful. He is so welcoming and patient, especially when helping me book multiple appointments in a short timeframe due to my benefits ending.

As a first time patient at Smile Haven I was very impressed by the service! All of the staff are so welcoming and kind. I went for a cleaning and night guard fitting, and everyone is so professional and wants the best for your dental health. Kiersten did my cleaning and she was extremely thorough with the most gentlest hands! She explained all the steps of the process which I found to be very helpful. Dr. Ian is fantastic at providing recommendations for your dental concerns and isn’t too pushy. The front desk is also very fantastic! Emilie and Alexei are always so welcoming and efficient with their work. I often look forward to my visits!
