Great respectful service, showed up 30 minutes early and they checked my system right away. If you have complaints about the breathalyzer system, use the online system to file an internal complaint, don't go online and blame regular people doing a great job.

This company is such a rip off. I've had 12 violations in the past 2 years and all of them were from food, gum, brushing my teeth and even jump starting my car when it was -50 below. I accept responsibility for my choices that got me into this program to use this company but damn is this company such a money grab it's unreal

I get violations for the dumbest things, we are in a pandemic, so using hand sanitizer when getting back in to the car is outta the question. It was cold for a awhile this winter, so when I start my car, most of the time, I would for forget to put my smart idle on. And it's embarrassing having your car alarm go off around your neighbors.. I can't wait to have it out

Its a good place to redeem your driving decisions but the device itself is an annoying thing to blow into and sucks even more when you have to toss over 60 dollars to have it reset.
