We were told our kitty had kidney disease by the vet here, given RenalPro to administer, no mention of special diet food. Unfortunately kitty went downhill over a period of 5 months, ended up with a rectal prolapse. Was told we would have to wait 5 days for an appointment even though the kitty was in distress! Took her to another vet, was looked after immediately…and told cats with kidney issues are always put on special food. We would never recommend this vet to anyone!! The worst!

Dr Snyder and his staff are amazing!! They are highly knowledgeable, great with animals, extremely kind and helpful, and their fees are very reasonable. Things were explained clearly to me, I was able to ask all my questions and never felt at all rushed in my appointment. I really appreciate everyone at Small Creatures Pet Clinic and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a great vet!

I'm giving five stars because the staff and the resident veterinarian is very thorough and definitely gives you all the required information. The only problem that I see with this establishment is that it is very, very small. The veterinarian is the owner so you get a very small town interaction which is great but with the smallness you do wait quite a bit. Sometimes after your appointment to get paid up and out the door. Nothing is digital and when you are waiting. Obviously dogs and other animals are coming in. Creating a little bit of a high anxiety situation in the waiting room and I have a laundry list of mental health problems so I get very overstimmed easily in the waiting room because it's so small and so many things going on. As soon as a couple different animals get in there. So luckily I was able to get my fiance to wait there and finalize everything while I waited in the car. I would probably go somewhere else if it was just me but because I have a support person in place, the amazing staff overpowers the one small issue I had and we will continue going there for our puppies Pebbles and Bamm-Bamm.

We have reached out to Small Creatures and Dr. Snyder specifically to discuss our unsatisfactory experience via email about 2 weeks ago and have not yet heard a response - even after a follow up email was sent with a request for acknowledgement. We didn’t want to reach out via social media but if our email is ignored or missed we wanted to provide an opportunity for you to respond. Here is a picture of the damage that happened to my cat. Now I know accidents happen but to blatantly call us out as being bad pet parents and just being so aggressive towards us because we re upset that you slashed our cat. Go elsewhere people there are a lot of good clinics around.
