⸻ I had an extremely disappointing experience at this salon. When I booked my appointment, I specifically requested that my hands be done at the same time as my feet. At the start of the service, I showed the nail technician the exact shape and length I wanted. Throughout the appointment I tried to politely point out concerns, but every time I said something she simply didn’t respond. By the end of the appointment, all of my nails were different lengths and shapes. When I brought this up, I was told it was because of “the way I was sitting,” which made absolutely no sense. What made the experience even worse was learning that the person doing my nails was apparently the owner. When I questioned the cost compared to the quality of the service, she became rude and quick to anger, rather than addressing the concerns professionally. After nearly two hours, I was so frustrated that I just wanted to leave. For the price charged, the quality was extremely poor and the overall experience was unprofessional. Unfortunately, this was very expensive for such a badly done set of nails, and I will not be returning.

I’ve had shellac here twice in the past year, and both times it chipped within 3–4 days. Very very poor quality and disappointing results. On my last visit, the technician was also quite rude. One positive — the lady who does kids’ pedicures is extremely kind and does a great job. My daughter loved the experience with her !!

It's a bit pricey, but worth it. Full pedicure and massage with shellac polish. Then acrylic with cool designs found online. Clean, fun, friendly and even though I was a walk-in, they made it work and got me taken care of.

honestly a great experience, the lady was so sweet and engaged in lovely conversations. She even redid two of my nails since they weren’t what I wanted without even me having to ask her, which I loved since I’m not the type to speak up about it. Took great care of my nails, and she took her TIME on each design and if she messed up she redid it which shows she cares, many nail techs would keep going and hope u don’t notice but anyways I 10/10 recommend she gave me exactly what I was looking for and more!!!

My favourite and only nail salon I trust to do my nails and my daughters! The ladies who work here are great! They really do care, and make sure they deliver the best service. Not only that, they are meticulous when it comes to keeping everything clean. I always come see Mai & today I seen Nancy and she did a fantastic job! 100% recommend this place
