Had a great experience! Lydia was incredibly helpful and answered all my questions. Had the shaft of my boots shortened and resoled - was a bit of a wait (3 weeks) but definitely worth it. Will be back :)

Always pleased the service from Lydia, always!! Lydia has been kind , patient , and very helpful in choosing what is the best choice .. and ive brought in so.e challenges regarding purse and shoes. The results are more than ive expected. I Do Not go anywhere else.

They did a great job for a super fair price. I brought in some boots where the inside heel of one got torn up from lots of walking. I wanted to get a new heel lining stitched in, and opted to do it on both so they wouldn't look different. Got them back and they were done beautifully, you wouldn't even be able to tell they were repaired. I saw another review say these guys charge extra for "luxury shoes", which doesn't seem to be true. The boots I brought in were designer, and getting both the heels replaced was less than $50.

Best service! I walked in with my Solovair Loafers that needed a little clean and polish! No more scratches and cuff marks! She did an amazing job and gave me the best and fast service! Lovely person and served me with a smile, don’t we love thatttttt🤓 i’d give a 10 stars if I could, definitely will be going back 🫶🏼

I love this place. Excellent service, excellent repair job. My beloved leather shoes have been with me for 10+ years largely because of their maintenance. I truly appreciate this sort of skill and expertise that is so needed in a world where people just buy new things. We have to support these places that not only help us maintain our valuables, but also help planet Earth by stopping things from going to waste unnecessarily! Highly recommend this shop.
