Whenever I’m in the block, I usually come here to get my eyebrows done. However, this past weekend I had a terrible experience. The girl applied hot wax directly on my brows without letting it cool slightly before touching the skin. Despite telling her not to make them thin, she made them extremely thin and even removed extra hair from certain areas, completely ruining the shape.

I’ve gotten my nails done twice here. First was a gel French manicure and held up amazingly! The second one was terrible. Gel polish all over my nail bed causing lifting and getting snagged on my hair etc. It’s now been 1 week and every nail has lifted up and chipped.

*UPDATED REVIEW* Came here for a gel x fill and my nail tech did amazing with my nails. She was very knowledgeable about the colours and what would look good on me. I chose a beautiful plum/maroon ish colour and it was what I wanted. It complimented my skin perfectly too. Thank you again for my nails!

I’ve been coming here for years and have always been happy with my service! I’m a busy mom and end up breaking or chipping a nail often( my fault) but the nail technicians are always happy to fix it for me no charge until my next service!
