This is a meets-expectations experience. I went in for a body scrub and got exactly what I wanted. The treatment itself delivered, and I’ll be back. A few areas could be improved to elevate the overall experience. It would be lovely to be offered tea or something simple like cucumber or lemon water upon arrival. The lighting during the body scrub was quite harsh, lying on your back under bright lights isn’t very relaxing, and dimmed lighting would make a noticeable difference. It would also be appreciated to have the option to shower after a body scrub. From an esthetics and design perspective, the entrance feels cluttered. The oversized Buddha in such a small entryway felt overwhelming rather than welcoming, and the space would benefit from a cleaner, more open feel. Overall, it didn’t quite feel like a spa environment, more like a business offering skin treatments. While the service itself was effective, the calming, relaxing atmosphere you’d expect from a spa wasn’t fully there. With a few thoughtful changes, this could become a much more spa-like experience and be deserving of a five-star rating. Pricing would also feel more digestible with these small but meaningful considerations. Responding to the reply I received - your staff must be lying to you because I wasn’t offered a towel or use of the shower. There’s no logic in me commenting on that not being offered, if I had been. I remember very clearly feeling confused about it.

This is the best place for your laser and facials. I have amazing results with face laser. They are the best in town. If you are unsure, book a consultation with Doreen, you won't regret it. She has such good experience and knowledge. You will go to this place over and over again ❤️

I absolutely love going to this clinic. Alena has been taking care of my laser sessions for a year now and she is such a amazing and positive person and wonderful esthetician. I recently had session with Dorin and she was very understanding of my recent concerns and changed my treatment session to suit the problem at hand. This is the clinic I trust and would come back in future also.

I came in for my second full body laser session today with Doreen. These’s a clear reduction in hair growth and the progress has been impressive so far. The clinic maintains a clean, welcoming, and very accommodating environment, which makes each visit feel easy and comfortable. Doreen has been exceptionally polished and professional—she explains everything clearly, checks in often, and makes the whole experience more than comfortable. I truly appreciate her care and attention to detail. Overall a very positive experience so far, and I’m looking forward to the next visit. I’d definitely recommend her and the skin visual med spa for anyone considering treatments in the future.
