We have not used your services but will. A dear family friend off ours gives you a five star. Says your laundry service is the best in town. We are small buisness owners and have had bad reviews because clients dont want to pay there bills. And we have had negative reviews because we have paid subtrades who have then not paid there employees. My wife and I are trades ppl. She had alot of issues being a women in trades and defending herself. That gets us a negative review. I think its great that you stand up and show the other side. It takes 2 seconds to leave a fake or false review that can destroy a buisness. Were local born and raised and iv only heard nothing but the best about your buisness!

The machines were okay. The floors were filthy. There's very little room to fold your laundry and the staff there is EXTREMELY RUDE. I will never go back to this place ever. I have never been screamed at at a laundry map before, and this lady came screaming after me when I was trying to use the buggy to get my laundry out to my car because I have Arthritis. And I can't carry everything. Very, very bad public relations.

Very nice. Clean. In and out. I read several reviews that complained about the staff, but I believe they are on the full-service side. The laundry mat itself is self-serve, unstaffed, there is a machine that changes bills, detergent for purchase, and the machines cleaned our very dirty clothes. I recommend.

Machines clean good, when they work. Debit can be hit or miss. Don't expect friendly help from the staff. I've had a couple of small issues with the machines and they are downright rude! Probably won't go back unless I have to 😕 Added after response* After seeing some reviews here, I see I'm not alone. The responses from the staff show the lack of customer service. Take the feedback and use it to improve things. Or retire 🤷♀️
