Lisa and Barney were amazing to deal with! I took my vehicle in for repairs in regards to a claim and they both made the whole process so much easier. They walked me through every step and even had my vehicle ready ahead of schedule! Definitely recommend.

Very friendly and welcoming staff from start to finish. I needed a bumper cover replacement and they did an amazing job. Also, very happy with the fender dent that Barney took out like it was nothing. My car looks brand new. Service exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend this place!

Absolutely amazing. Truck sustained significant front end damage after hitting a moose. Customer support was great, easy to talk to, always kept me informed as the work progressed. From the time they arranged to tow the truck over an hour to their location till I got it back was nothing short of professional and painless experience. Unfortunately there was a delay waiting for parts, they took it upon themselves to work with my insurance company to ensure my rental would cover the extra time to cover me for the parts delay. The work was flawless, my truck looks like the day it was built. They took the stress out of the entire process. I cannot thank the team at Simplicity Car Care in Spruce Grove enough for everything they did.

We've had to use Simplicity Car Care twice for 2 non fault accidents. They were great to deal with. Our insurance dealt with them directly. Vehicles were fixed within the week. Pleasant staff and great job done on both vehicles. Would definitely recommend if you need vehicle damages fixed.
