The repair process went very smoothly from start to finish. Communication throughout was excellent and timely, which made the entire experience stress-free. I specifically requested OEM parts, and Simplicity Car Care was able to source and install them as requested. Hands down without question, the best autobody shop in Medicine Hat. Kent and his team do amazing work, are honest and open with everything. Kent actually proposed a repair solution less than the estimate because it "made sense". Really appreciate the great work and honesty they provide.

They did an amazing job after our accident they were friendly and kept us up to date with what was going on with our repairs. When we got our car back it looked brand new and was spotless on the inside and out. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Over 17000 in damage to my 2016 Dodge Ram. Repaired it in a timely manner, Truck looks and drives like new, excellent paint job as well as the matching of the paint. Customer service top shelve,ladies at front desk are very helpful and not to forget to mention the young fella that is over seeing Simplicity car car,(sorry I forget his name)very respectful gentleman and well educated in his field of work, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend anyone to get there vehicle repaired with Simplicity car repair.
