We have had the pleasure of having our dog looked at by all the vets that work here and each and every one of them have been incredible. We had to put her down on Friday, and Dr. Shelby and the technician made the entire experience as gentle, loving, and empathetic as possible. We had to say goodbye to our sweet old cat, Tigger, last week and have been deeply moved by the compassion and kindness we experienced by Dr Roberts and her entire team. From being placed in a quiet, comfortable room where we said goodbye and held our little friend as she took her last breath, to the beautiful card her and her staff wrote for us, as well as Tiggers paw prints and ashes that we picked up a week later. This meant the world to us! Thank you Amy and staff ❤️

Our first visit with Silver Star Animal Clinic was a breath of fresh air. The clinic was bright, clean, and very welcoming. We were taken to a room right away to avoid waiting in the reception area. I appreciate this as my dog can become very anxious in a vets office. When Dr. Roberts entered the room, she took the time to help Mya be comfortable before approaching her. Dr. Roberts was patient, gentle and compassionate. She provided us with two options, letting us to decide what we felt was best for our dogs’ situation. Another thing that stood out from other veterinarian clinics is when the vet tech came into the room to explain medications and take payment; helping us avoid sitting in the reception area. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend seeing Dr Roberts for your dog’s medical needs!
