I purchased a hair service voucher from Groupon and tried calling the salon 2–3 times immediately to book my appointment. No one answered. I had an urgent event to attend, so I decided to go in person and ask if they could accommodate a walk-in. They asked me to wait. I waited 30–40 minutes. After that, a staff member came over and told me they couldn’t provide the service because they “don’t have any hair person available right now.” Then she asked if I had an appointment. I explained that I had called multiple times but no one answered. Here’s where it gets worse. She then said that if I was willing to pay full price, they could do the service — but they wouldn’t accept the Groupon voucher. So which is it? You don’t have anyone available, or you do — but only if I pay full price? If you’re not willing to honor Groupon vouchers, why list your services on Groupon in the first place? That feels misleading and dishonest. When I mentioned the unanswered calls, she said no one was at reception. That’s not a customer’s problem. If reception is unattended, someone else should answer the phone or return calls. How am I supposed to know whether someone is sitting at the front desk or not? Completely unprofessional, disorganized, and disappointing service. I wasted my time and was left scrambling before an important event. I would not recommend this place.

Roberto from this Salon was wonderful. The best part was all the hair education and also the head massage. One of the best services I’ve ever had and I’m definitely going back!

I would give 10 stars out of 5 if I could.. Kei would be my forever go to hair stylist. He did the exact colour I wanted, listened and answered all my questions patiently and went above and beyond to give me an amazing customer service. Everyone at the salon is so polite and they all do an amazing job and put in a great amount of effort to make you feel relaxed and special at the same time.

Alberto did an amazing job with providing client service and did well on my haircut. The front was a bit uneven which i didnt notice until i got home, but i can fix myself. What i do not appreciate was that i bought a groupon and they said i cant use it because it's for first time visit only and i had been there back in 2018 or 2019, i cant even remember that I had been there! Moreover, the fineprint on the groupon doesnt say you can only get that deal once. Looking through other reviews below it looks like they use a bait and switch tactic to get you in. In the end i got a haircut ( cut about 3 inches off) and hair treatment for $100.

I bought a Groupon for partial balayage but when I called them to make an appointment it didn’t include toner, so that was $85 extra plus tax and tip. My total including the Groupon came to about $200. Lisa did a really good job with my hair, she cared about what I wanted to achieve and gave me really subtle balayage highlights that blended with the rest of my hair. Partial balayage is only on the crown or outside layer of your hair, they also charge more for extra foils. They are definitely pricy but I really liked my results!
