Is it possible to have a great tooth extraction experience? I’ve never been good with dentists. My previous experience at a different clinic brought me face to face with my mortality. It took me 8 years of tooth pain to come in to get the second wisdom tooth removed. I was referred to Dr. Bikey from Dr Kasun at Artisan Dental and couldn’t be more impressed with the staff at Signature Dental. Mid-sentence I fell asleep and woke up without any pain or memory. I’ve taken two ibuprofen in the 24 hours since, and am not sure that I even needed to. Thank you to Dr Bikey and to Nurse Amy for keeping me calm and taking such great care of me.

I find this office to be a very pleasant dentist office to visit. They run on time, the staff greet you by name, the waiting room has a lot of space, the dentist's, hygienists, and dental assistants are all excellent with very good chairside manners, always taking the time to answer all my questions - as I am in the middle of three implants I have had a lot of questions. I feel like I am in very good hands with all the staff.

As a client and also public health professional, I provided feedback on overall cleanliness. I was then told by Dr. Roland Tupas-Singh to find another Dental care service provider and I did. My overall experience from reception, dental hygienists and Dentists was the worst that I ever experienced.

I’ve been a patient with Signature Dental for as long as I can remember. But for anyone wondering how it is as of recently, 5/5 stars. Dr.Tupas-Singh has consistently provided me with excellent dental care and always seems happy to answer my many dental questions. I am made to feel at ease due to his expert knowledge. In my experience, the dental receptionists, the dental assistants, dental hygienists and support staff are kind, and have gone above and beyond for me countless times. If you need a dentist in Victoria, BC I would highly suggest contacting Signature Dental.

Our family have been going to this practice for more than two decades now. I my opinion this has to be Victoria's best family dental practice by far. Last Friday I had three top rear temporary crowns done by Doctor Jerry Jacob's. We all know how difficult it is to do such precision work on those hard to get to rear molars not to mention its uncomfortable for the patient. Jerry and his staff were incredible and it all went by so smoothly. They use the most recent state of the art equipment which make for a more pleasant experience. It's a happy friendly environment that I can confidently highly recommend.
