My husband just had an awful experience at this clinic. He went to get a mouth guard but they booked him for cleaning as well and told him if he doesn’t need it, he can cancel at the clinic and just get the mouth guard. When he got there to just get a mouth guard, they said he has to wait an hour.they sell extra services to you as if it’s a retail store, this clinic needs to establish some ethical practices and run as a dental clinic and not a retail store. I highly recommend staying away from this clinic or be ready to be ripped off.

Dr Sheldon is wonderful Doctor for kids. I brought my daughter for dental treatment. She was so happy and treated exceptionally well. He is having good hands and experience. Rupa helped my daughter and given the confidence for this treatment. She is wonderful helping hand with great experience and expertise. Last but not least, the front desk staff is so perfect they know the requirements of patients and give them advice accordingly. Happy to have them.

It was my first time with Sierra Springs Dental but they were so nice from the beginning to end. Both ladies at the front desk, Kiran and front desk manager both were so helpful and understanding. They helped me to understand all the details that need it for file. The doctor and team were also great. They really explained me the whole situation and advise me accordingly. Overall I would say it was a great visit. And I would definitely come back and also encourage others to visit this place. Thank you for everything that you do.

I’ve had an incredibly disappointing experience with this dental office. Their service was terrible from the start. They made a mistake during my appointment, and even after I went back to have it corrected, the issue still wasn’t resolved. No one bothered to follow up, and it felt like they had no real concern for the patient experience. What bothered me the most was how pushy they were about using up my insurance benefits before the year ended. It came across as if their priority was maximizing what they could bill rather than providing quality care. Then, six months after the appointment I suddenly received a notice saying I owed them money, even though everything had appeared fully settled when I left the office. This was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I definitely won’t be returning. If anyone is considering this office, I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere. There are far better dental clinics in Airdrie that actually value their patients and provide reliable, transparent service.

I want to thank my mom’s dentist Dr Virk and the whole team for the amazing care they’ve given her. Shout out to Suk she was wonderful. My mom can be a very nervous about dental visits, but the dentist’s kindness and gentle approach have completely changed that. They always take their time, explain every step, and make sure she’s comfortable and relaxed. The clinic is always clean and welcoming, and the staff treat my mom with so much respect and warmth — it truly feels like they care about their patients as family. The difference in her smile and confidence is unbelievable. I’m so grateful for the care, patience, and professionalism they show at every visit. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a dentist who genuinely cares!
