With a very big structure and installation offering non stop service to clients this is a very recommended place to take your car for a fast service car wash, that also includes free use to vacuuming. There are many different types of car wash depending on what do you want, simple wash, more complete ones with special products and shinning application.

They won’t make insurance claims for all the accidents that happened here. Including mine. I haven’t heard back in 2 months, I’ve called so many times. No answers.

Updated: 20 days after: still waiting for manager Billy to handle this. MAJOR SAFETY ISSUE - Car wash jam damaged multiple vehicles. On Jan 9, 26 this car wash jammed and my vehicle jolted side to side back and forth and damaged - same as 3 other cars behind me. I reported it immediately, but still haven't heard from the Shine auto wash staff.

Updated review to 5-stars. As per the original 1-star review below, Billy at Shine Autowash had kept in contact with us for the repair to our vehicle. The damage was caused by sensor failure of the gate. Shine Autowash have done the right thing to repair our vehicle and we're happy with how we were treated. We'll continue to get our vehicle washed at Shine. Thank you!!! Paid for the Gold wash on Aug.2 at 12:10. Bar lifted, then the car to my left merged to my lane so I had to stop mid-way. Bar Closed on my brand new 2025 VF8. Denting my drivers pillar, scratching my drivers door as it fell off. Billy came over and assured me he would look up the video footage of the incident and asked me to open an ICBC case. Its been 2 weeks without any response. According to ICBC, past claims have been ignored. Now I'm faced with paying the $500 deductible for their faulty sensors.

I am very unhappy with my experience at Shine Auto Wash. At first, the wash did not clean my car properly, even after I paid $24 for the extra wash. I expected much better service considering the price I paid. I would not recommend this location. When I approached the staff to show him the issue, he said he couldn't do anything.
