Very disappointed. The gym is overcrowded, equipment is often broken, and cleanliness is poor. They overcharge customers and are not transparent about fees. The admin staff was unprofessional and rude, especially toward teenagers — instead of motivating them, they discourage them. It feels like they care more about making money than members’ health. I would not recommend it.

Even though this gym is supposed to be women-only, men still walk in often — especially maintenance workers. They do make announcements when a man is entering, which I appreciate, but sometimes I’ve just walked in and don’t hear the announcement, and I suddenly find a man inside. It’s happened too many times. Also, the changing room sometimes smells like weed. There’s a no photo/video recording policy, but people constantly film themselves, and you end up in the background without your consent. It doesn’t feel respectful, especially in a space meant for privacy. I also have to mention that there are cameras, but they’re not always monitored. (commenting this for any hijabis) To be honest, this gym isn’t really Muslim-girl. It lacks that sense of safety, and privacy that many of us are looking for. But at the same time, it’s the only proper women’s gym around with decent equipment, so we’re kind of stuck with it.

I have been a member of She is Fit fitness salon for some time, and I must say that my trainer Kasra Faroomand is absolutely outstanding—one of the most experienced professionals I’ve ever worked with. His knowledge, guidance, and dedication are the only reasons I have wanted to continue my membership. However, my experience with the front desk staff has been extremely disappointing. They have been disrespectful for many time and same topic and making my visits uncomfortable. The most concerning issue was their handling of my personal information. I chose not to provide a personal picture, instead I give my ID card as there is my face picture and can compare, if it is really about safety. Yet instead of respecting my decision, they took my image from security footage without my consent and used it without even informing me. This is a serious violation of privacy, and when I raised my concerns, they acted as if my opinion didn’t matter. Due to this unacceptable behavior, I was forced to consider canceling my membership, for what I received answer as: Ok, let's do it but you will steel pay for 30 days. Despite wanting to stay for my trainer. If the management does not address these issues and train their staff to be more respectful and professional, I am sure other members will also be disappointed. I hope they take these concerns seriously because a great trainer alone cannot make up for such a negative experience at the front desk.

I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience at this gym. I was looking for a no-commitment option, but the sales rep, Madison, completely misrepresented the membership terms. Initially, she offered what seemed like a great deal: $21 bi-weekly for VIP access to all classes, the sauna, and red light therapy. However, as the conversation went on, she started adding hidden fees like a $10 enrollment fee, a yearly $45 facility maintenance fee, and mentioned that the price would increase next month. By the time I left, I was being asked to pay over $80 upfront, which wasn’t mentioned at the start. Madison kept insisting that this was a "no-commitment" option, yet I would have been charged even when not using the gym, penalized for late payments, and required to set up a direct deposit. This is the definition of commitment, despite her twisting the words to make it seem like it wasn’t. When I confronted her about the fees and commitment, she shifted the conversation and said the true "no-commitment" option was $20 per class as a drop-in fee, which is extremely high compared to her initial offer of $3 per class. It felt like a bait-and-switch tactic. Overall, I felt pressured, manipulated, and misled throughout the entire process. Madison was more focused on making a sale than actually addressing my needs or being transparent about the costs. I left feeling drained and disappointed. I would not recommend this gym to anyone looking for honest pricing or a straightforward membership process.

Hi Everyone, I had no intention to share these images like this, but had no other way ! The men's room simply stinks and it's terrible...seems like no one cleans or care about it and nobody did anything even after i reported it to the front desk! Gym itself is not bad but just can't stand this everytime I go there, Don't like this place cause of this.
