I would give them 0 stars if I could. The Manager Ankit very hard to deal with along with another guy who’s name started with an A. These guys have the worst policies. I called multiple times trying to cancel my membership with staff telling me different things. They basically want you to come in and cancel because they need signature, when I went in today to cancel my signature wasn’t even taken. I expressed how I tried calling multiple times but was shut by saying it’s our policy we can’t do this we can’t do that basically trying to milk money. I paid my over due balance with not grudge but when he asked me to pay for maintenance fee which was to be ducted in May, it made me question there sense of customer loyalty. Would never recommend this gym to anyone

I am surprised other people have been through same issue when I read the reviews I am writing to express my concerns regarding my recent experiences with billing at this gym. I have encountered significant challenges related to missed payments, which have resulted in my account being charged additional late fees. Specifically, I was informed that each unsuccessful attempt to process my credit card would incur a $29 late fee ever time. Over the course of three months, my bill increased totaling over $440. When I went gym to discuss the possibility of pausing my membership until I could resolve these billing issues, I was informed that the gym's policy prevents the cancellation or suspension of membership while there are outstanding charges and we will keep charging you for membership and late fees for ever. This situation raises questions about the legality and fairness of such policies, particularly the inability to halt membership charges during financial difficulties. I believe it is important for potential members to be fully informed of these terms before signing up.

Actually surprised these guys are still in business. Careful what information you provide them when signing a contract. I gave them a copy of a receipt showing I had moved far away (like really really far)! and they still sent a collection agency after me for around $740 for a service I was not even using. They tried to invalidate my reason even though they told me from the start, it would not be a problem to cancel the membership should I have to move more than 50 km away. So beware. They will lie to your face. I hope this bad review was worth the $740 or so that these thieves never got - HA!
