I requested Club 16 to cancel my membership during the summer, but six months later, they are still withdrawing biweekly payments from my credit card. Despite numerous back-and-forth emails, they asked me to confirm their email, which I find odd since I had already sent the cancellation request directly from my email address. I'm not sure why this additional step is necessary. I am extremely disappointed!!

Incredibly disappointed with the staff and management at this gym. I have been with this gym for a year and a half and have had so many problems with communication. They don’t tell you they’re going to overcharge your account for “equipment fees” multiple times a year. I’ve tried emailing them about it and had no response. Do not sign up for a membership with this gym, you will regret it!

The staff is amazing, very friendly and always open to help you out :) Only …… is the music, which you can barely hear. Which means if you forget your headphones at home you’ll be running in silence. It’s also pretty clean so I can only recommend :)

The facilities are decent. The upstairs is definitely nicer than the downstairs. UPDATE: The fees were unpredictable and astronomical, and no one could answer my questions. I would have been better off going to a nicer gym with what I ended up paying. Ironically, I’ve been getting emails with promotional deals under the guise that they “miss me.” I won’t be going back however. That’s for sure.

Club 16 on the upper floor is SO much better. This She's Fit! location honestly feels like a dungeon. It's so dark, there's not very many machines, the weight lifting area is a JOKE; it's small, almost no room to lay down a mat and do floor exercises. I love the idea of a female only gym; It's truly awesome, but this location is so poorly set up compared to other locations.
