I got Sam’s contact through a coworker. He was very professional and brought all the necessary tools to fix the clog in my laundry pipe. He even had a special machine to move out my stacked dryer and washer, which made his job much easier. My laundry space is very tiny, and I thought access would be impossible, but with his equipment and experience, he got it done perfectly and on time. I was really impressed! Totally recommend Sam!! punctual, honest, and he even gave me some great maintenance tips. Thank you, Sam!

I don’t have enough words to describe the quality of Sam’s work — the efficiency, punctuality, dedication to customer satisfaction, and last but not least, the fair price he charged us. I actually got Sam’s name through a recommendation from the concierge of the building where we have a rental unit.
