We had our toilet overflow in our upstairs main bathroom into a large portion of our finished basement. Travis, Farley and there crew where on site within an hour of it happening to assess the damage and come up with a clean up and restoration plan and walk us through the insurance process and where great at answering all of our questions. The service master crew was excellent, super professional and did great work in restoring our basement. I would highly recommend service master for all your restoration needs!

Wished I could give a 0 star….. Most unprofessional business I’ve ever dealt with. Cleaning service was terrible over 30 big and small items left with smoke dust. Items thrown into boxes with smoke dust on them written on the boxes Clean/fragile cleaning staff leaving Cigarette butts all over my grass, clean staff leaving trash I had to clean up, Supervisor not contacting me back multiplie times…..burnt wood left in my house? workers showing up to my house unannounced….. but as the Supervisor ROB says. “Look Avery I can’t babysit them”…. 0/10

We had an excellent experience from start to finish. The team was professional, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable. They arrived quickly, explained the process clearly, and handled everything with care and efficiency. Had a small water leak from an upstairs sink which caused some damage in a downstairs carpeted bedroom. Service Master was nothing short of amazing - professional, courteous, thorough. Only gave them 5 stars because I don't have the option of 6 or 10 stars! Every single worker that came through our house was amazing, and we are absolutely satisfied with the quality of work. Thank you!

Had a “surprise” water issue that left me sick to my stomach with worry about mold/damage. Within 3 hours Rob from ServiceMaster Restore Red Deer was at my house accessing issue (minor leak in bathroom toilet) and providing me with advice on how to clean and dry the area. A hug was all it cost me! Next time I do have a serious issue my first call will be to Rob at ServiceMaster Restore Red Deer!
