Excellent service. It was installed the same day that I called and Mark and Marty had it in within 3 hrs. Mark and Marty were respectful of my house and very pleasant while interacting with me. I totally recommend Service Plumbing.

I was extremely satisfied with Service Plumbing..Sterling came the morning after I called to inspect the work to be completed, later that day I had a quote. The next day Sterling and Ryan were able to come out and replace my non functional 15yr old tankless water heater. The quality of work was top notch, and I am quite particular. They also did a very thorough job cleaning up after which shows to me how professional they are. I definitely recommend Service Plumbing, thanks guys!

Shout out to all staff members at Service Plumbing & Heating Red Deer, my furnace went out January 4, 2026 phoned Service Plumbing & Heating. They sent Mac and Marty over in a.m.. after inspecting furnace, they showed me that my 54 year old furnace could not be fixed. they left me a space heater and within two hours I had a estimate for new furnace, I called Diane and requested her to order the new furnace, she made all the arrangements, including permits from the city of red deer and had her crew at my doorstep at 8:30 am with new furnace. Mac and Marty had the old furnace out within a hour and a half and had the new furnace in before the end of day and operating correctly they cleaned up their mess and were very courteous throughout the whole day. Thank you so much to everyone at Service Plumbing & Heating Red Deer.

If you're thinking about calling someone else for your plumbing and heating needs, forget about it. Service has done a few jobs for us. From great management to great techs, they know what they're doing. They treat every job as if they're working on their own home. Highly recommended!
