With consideration to the cost and scope of the project we were very careful with our selection. Tony was patient with our many questions and observations. He provided accurate and timely responses and allowed us to come to our own conclusion.Once we gave the go ahead Curtis and his crew delivered a a replacement roof beyond our expectations with absolutely no surprises or delays The crew arrived on time each day and left no mess at the end of each. My townhouse strata in Tsawwassen selected Serpentine Cedar to replace our aging cedar shake roofs several years ago. The price was competitive with alternatives and the product of high quality. Serpentine completed the project on time and under our budget, with minimum disruption to our owners. We used a well-qualified, independent professional consultant to monitor and inspect the work, which he found to be well executed and compliant with our specifications. Tony, Kurtis and their team were very professional and cooperative throughout the entire project.

Serpentine replaced our aging roof during poor weather season without a hitch. We are very happy with our great looking roof and enjoyed the professional crew who did a great job in difficult weather. They went above and beyond repairing siding that I could not reach. We had some plugged gutters a month or so after roof completion which they came same day I called to unplug at no charge. Thanks again Serpentine!

I'd like to thank the team at Serpentine Cedar, as it's clear they are more than just a roofing company. We run a heating and cooling company and we were doing a heat pump and tankless water heater conversion, at a home next to their job in South Surrey. We had to convert the exhaust venting for a furnace and tankless hot water system on the cedar shake roof, with a very steep pitch. While we had safety harnesses, roofing cleats and ropes, they noticed what we were doing and jumped into action. They were genuinely concerned about the safety of our team and challenges of our task, and insisted on installing their roof steps to allow us MUCH easier access. They even removed the steps when we were done. I can't thank them enough for their concern and their professionalism. While we did notice the quality of their materials and workmanship, it was an incredible demonstration of decency and generosity to assist us when they could have ignored the situation. That tells me a lot about their company culture, as we also strive to demonstrate similar 'old-school' values. Thank you Serpentine Cedar!
