Nicole, the receptionist was very accomodating and funny. Her big smile welcomed me and my husband. She offered us drinks and snacks while waiting and shared some of the services that she also had experienced that helped her skin. I hope everywehere we go we get to experience the same treatment as Nicole provided to us. She is an asset to your company. My husband and i had the facials on promotions. I will be coming back for other treatments. Wil definitely try the chemical peel. ☺️

I came into serenity with a promo for a facial. The skin analysis is very thorough. I learned a lot about my skin and the best ways to improve and maintain it. The esthetician was excellent at her job! She was also very informative. I would consider coming back. Possibly on another promo. They do offer package deals. Although, out of my preferred price range, they would be good for those who don’t put a price on face care.

I was here for a Hydra facial and I was very impressed with the service and hospitality. Nicole welcomed me and she was very friendly. The facial was super relaxing and the Skincare specialist conducted a deep skin analysis and gave good suggestion to improve my skin care regime. Great service and team.. cheers

Lovely facials, I have been coming here since October and my skin has improved noticeably. I have had facials with Keara, Kailee, Komal, Raj and Farah. The staff is exceptional and knowledgeable Nicole and Dora are super welcoming at the front. The skin specialist Michael gave me in-depth consultation about how I can improve and maintain my skin. Lots of my friends and coworkers have been complimenting me. I feel very well taken care of and the massage bed is a big plus. I highly recommend this spa.

I had a wonderful and very amazing microneedling treatment with Farrah today. No pain! Feels like I'm having a facial massage. Pure relaxation, she's just awesome! Nicole is also very accommodating and friendly. She has an energetic vibes and makes you feel comfortable as soon as you entered the clinic. Lovely ladies and all the other staffs.
