I went for a really great blowout with Isabelle the other day and she absolutely nailed it. The scalp massage and scrub were incredible. I have very thick hair, and sometimes it can be intimidating making sure all the product is properly rinsed out and that the blowout is done really well, but she honestly did such a fantastic job especially coming from another stylist :) Also, the front desk gal walked me out with an umbrella as it was raining when we finished. I felt like royalty lol

I just got home after getting my hair done by Emiko today and, “I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY HAIRCUT!”. The atmosphere in this salon is so clean and refreshing and their product selection is great. Emiko showed me some beautiful Bumble and Bumble products that I purchased and can’t wait to try. Thank you Emiko & Serenity Salon for a great haircut and refreshing salon experience.

Last week I went in for a hair cut with Emiko, I was a bit nervous as it was my first haircut in over a year and my previous haircut at a different location did not go over very well. Emiko totally washed my nervousness away and was so very kind! She was super helpful with tips and tricks and made my hair the curliest it’s ever been! I love my hair cut and will 1000% be going back for another visit when I need a trim! All the staff at serenity salon were so welcoming and it was an overall amazing experience I would definitely recommend.

I have been going to Serenity Salon for 20 years-since they opened! Megan always does an amazing job on my hair. The atmosphere is so relaxing & all the staff are so kind & wonderful. I never hesitate to recommend Serenity to my friends.

I had a good experience with the Serenity back in November 2021 when Tiffany did the full head highlights. I have quite a few gray hair and she did an amazing job so that the gray hair blended with the highlighted hair. It lasted very long. This summer I decided I needed an upgrade especially after I delivered my baby. When I booked the service I could see Tiffany was on the maternity leave, so I booked with Megan who ensured me she would do the same. When she finished she said that she would rather leave my hair wet as I told her I have a Dyson fan at home and she wasn’t sure how I would like my curls done. Because my hair was wet I couldn’t fully assess the coloring part, but even on the wet hair I felt something didn’t look right. I could see my gray hair. Megan ensured the gray hair blended perfectly. It looked like it for a while. I did the highlights on August 10. Two moths have passed and my gray hair can be easily seen. They do not blend in at all. All hair looks like a combination of differently dyed stripes. I paid 294 including tips and I don’t believe I need to do it every 2 months. It should last for at least 6 moths I believe. The point is that employees at this hair salon are not trained to do the highlights, so please think twice before booking this service with them.
