You never feel judged, rushed, or pressured…just completely comfortable, heard, and taken care of. 🤍 She genuinely cares about her clients as people, not just heads of hair, and it shows in everything she does. The conversation, the vibe, the way she listens… it’s all so natural and welcoming. And somehow, every single time, she knows exactly what you want (even when you can’t quite explain it) and makes it happen perfectly. 🙌 The salon itself has such a great, relaxed energy too. I can’t say enough great things about Khaye, she is incredibly sweet and kind! She totally exceeded my expectations during my appointment by being so thorough, paying attention to every little detail, and really listening to all of my requests. The owner is also an absolute delight and kept me comfortable, fed, and entertained throughout my long appointment. The girls at this salon are always so welcoming and friendly. Love seeing Khaye for all my hair needs! She pays so much attention to detail and I always leave getting what I was looking for and more. She is an artist with colour, it’s always hard to find someone who is good with blondes but she nails it every time. She did my extensions this visit as well and they feel amazing and blend so perfectly! I always look forward to seeing her!

I recently booked in for my first ever balayage with Khaye at Serendipity salon. This place is such a gem in Airdrie and has great vibes as soon as you walk in. I wanted lived in strawberry blonde, nothing high maintenance, and I was really impressed with the whole experience. Khaye took her time, listened to what I wanted and I felt like she was really invested in me loving my colour. At the end she even dried a piece of my hair so I could decide if it was enough strawberry colour for me. She said it was easier to add colour than to take it away so we decided on another round of toner to really get that strawberry pop and Khaye absolutely nailed it. 🍓 I love my colour and I've had LOTS of complements! I highly recommend Serendipity Salon and Khaye does a stellar job taking care of you and your hair!
