Ken was very helpful to assist when I thought some lugs were loose. Offered to lend a tire iron and used torque wrench to make sure the lugs were on. Even told me the size of the socket needed when I mentioned I might buy my own torque wrench just in case. Super nice and accommodating!

I had trouble removing the old plate while transferring the vehicle, so I went there to ask for help. The mechanic was incredibly kind and took the time to remove the rusted screw, even though he had other work to do and I didn’t have an appointment. I couldn’t thank him enough—he was truly a nice and friendly person. I really appreciate his help!

Highly recommended! Seppo's Automotive is awesome!! Love their honesty & punctuality. In the past they gave me good advice for my Q7's fuel pump noise. Earlier today, they took care of brake pad replacement for my SantaFe and Q7. I was happy to hear the parts used for replacement were OEM (they know whats best for your car and you can trust their advice).

My truck had a brake failure a couple blocks from the shop, I came in and informed them of the situation and got a rough cost. I was informed they were very busy and was booking weeks out, but they would find time. I was surprised at how reasonable the cost was and even more surprised at how quickly they did the brake job. I wasn't a previous customer and they had no obligation to get it done as soon as they did, but they pulled through and saved my rear end. I will be using them in future (hopefully with more notice and booking with them properly)
