This is my fourth time here. I’ll start positive with some pros: Nice snd friendly staff Clean environment and tables/chairs Lots of space I have had no issues with any staff besides maybe a little soft spoken, or they talk to another worker but look at me which confuses me somtimes but that’s whatever. Every single person was super nice and let me select the specific colours I wanted for the designs. Now, my cons. Like I said above it’s my fourth time. My first time ever I got Shellac nail polish, it was a gift to me from a friend. After 2 days, I was at work taping a book when all of a sudden my nail was chipped. I saw a flake falling off my nail. Left a huge blank spot. I went back and they apologized and fixed it for free cause it didn’t even last a week. My second time here I got acrylic nails, a new extension set. After not even 5 days one of them fell off. I went back and it was fixed for free cause I was at home reading and it just fell when I flipped a page I’m not even kidding. My third time was fine no issues had a nice set last me 3+ weeks! Then got them done by another place during my travels. 1 week ago I got a new nice set. It has chipped already on the tips of the nails, but the thumb is thé worst and is working its way down the nail. I have done nothing but sleep and drive and type on my computer for the last week, and it’s somehow chipping. This is showing a trend of the nails not lasting more than a week and it’s quite upsetting when I’m paying $65+ and I always try to tip $15-$20 but I’m starting to think it’s a waste as I’m not hetting the quality I have paid for. There is nothing I can do though, as I am no longer in the city for another month now. So I will have to deal with my sad chipping nails and wait 2 weeks till I can get a new one done elsewhere. I most likely will comeback as I’m afraid to try new places esp when the price is so high, and it’s the closest to where I stay in the city so, for now it has my buisness but I’m not happy about the quality I have recieved in total. Yes the fixes done did last but I shouldn’t have had to get nails fixed 3 out of the 4 times (technically two but it needs to be fixed but I can’t so whatever)

The ladies at the salon were amazing. Booked an appointment for my daughter and we were in right away. The nails took longer than expected; pushing past closing. They did not rush or make us feel like a burden. She did an amazing job mimicking what my daughter wanted from the picture if not better. 100% recommend !

I had such a great experience at Sen Nail Bar! The salon is spotless, beautifully decorated, and has such a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional — they really took their time to make sure everything was perfect. My nails turned out amazing and exactly how I wanted them. You can tell they really care about quality and customer satisfaction. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending Sen Nail Bar to my friends. 💅✨

What an amazing experience!! I booked the head Vietnamese massage and WAOOO! Everything very clean, the service excellent and the massage was 100/10. I will come back , this is now my favorite place😍 UPDATED SEP 4th: I came back to get my nails done and I confirm again this place is amazing!! Mary is very sweet and her service is high quality. I love how she did my nails😍😍

Have been here twice and it was a memorable experience both the times. The first time I called them at 7.45 PM they allowed me in and one girl even stayed up late to accommodate me.The second time I went in with my girlfriend to have a fun and relaxing evening. I must say I loved the nail work and hospitality the most. Me and my friend enjoyed the massage chair while getting our pedicure. A glass of Red Wine on the side was the cherry on the cake. I would love to go back to experience the family spa. Kudos to the guy at the front desk for taking great care of everything and amazing gals who offer such wonderful experience.
