I’ve been going to Marchelle for over 15 years now, and that alone says everything. She is an exceptionally skilled hairdresser who consistently delivers great results, but just as importantly, she is genuinely kind, attentive, and easy to trust. Every visit feels comfortable and professional, and I always leave happy with my hair. Her consistency, expertise, and lovely personality are exactly why I keep coming back year after year. Highly recommend! (I always get compliments on my hair asking me where I get it colored!)

I’m not usually the type to write reviews, but Sejong went far beyond my expectations. The haircut and perm were absolutely amazing, and the service was just as great. The owners were also extremely kind and friendly. I’ve bounced around to different places for haircuts, and in my opinion, Sejong delivers the highest-quality cuts by far. I can confidently say I’ve found my new go-to spot!

My wife and I have been coming to Sejong for over 10 years, for everything from simple trims to colouring. We started at their original location and now visit this new one. The new space is excellent. Free parking, easy access, clean, bright, and very welcoming. We’ve recommended this place to many friends and family, and they’ve all had great experiences as well.

I went in Sunday for a short haircut after waiting three months as the owner previously advised me (she told me my hair didn’t have enough growth). I booked an appointment, explained clearly what style I wanted, but she did not follow what I said. After the first cut, I had to tell her it was not the style I asked for. Instead of listening or correcting it properly, she just did a quick “fix” — which turned my hair back into the exact same style I had three months ago. If the result was going to be the same, there was no point in me waiting three months to grow my hair. Now all that saved growth is gone. On top of that, she didn’t want to hear any feedback. She quickly pointed me to pay and walked out the door. The appointment took an hour of my time, and despite being unhappy with the result, my time and effort also matter. I left feeling very disappointed. I don’t have another three months of hair growth to return to the style I wanted.

First time to be here and I was recommended by a newly-met friend. Marchelle is a very nice and elegant lady who has very good skill and professionalism. She made me the most beautiful, color is exactly what I want. She leads a team of stylists and assistants, they are very nice and supportive! I surprised my husband greatly that he was so happy the money was spent wisely. Thank you, Marchelle, for your kindly, I will come back for more of your quality service!
