My mom had a backup (on a saturday night) in her basement. I called Second Plumbing & Heating to investigate. They arrived promptly, and used a power auger to clear the blockage. The water drained immediately. Overall, professional and efficient service. I booked a mainling cleanup for my own house after that experience. Making the appointment was easy, Chad arrived promptly and explained the process. I would hire them again anytime!

I just got my hot water tank replaced and Chad made it a wonderful experience. He was very personable and took the time to talk with us about what he was doing and answered all the questions my wife had about the process and future maintenance. The new tank works great after the first day, I will update this review if that changes. As it stands, I would definitely choose this company the next time I need work done.

Wow, I'm just amazed. Suddenly, my furnace broke down, and a technician from another company came as an emergency, but he couldn't fix it. The weather was getting colder, so I called several places to replace the furnace, but they just told me it would be too long of a wait. Then the next morning, I saw a Second Plumbing & Heating van on the street, so I called them. Not long after, the technician, Mark, came, inspected it, and promised to install a new one the next day. And a premium brand at that. Of course, I didn't know much about furnace brands, but they installed a truly premium furnace. They painstakingly removed the old furnace and installed the new one all day on Saturday, and they kindly explained everything to me without a single complaint. I'd like to express my gratitude once again to Mark and the Mhamed, Tom people who installed my new boiler. I have endless trust in Second Plumbing & Heating, and I will highly recommend them to everyone I know.

I have received several excellent services from Second Plumbing and Heating in recent years, include furnace repair, water plumgbing line repairs, bathroom parts replacement and upgrade. Today, Marc from the team even helped me to solve a furnance fan problem in telephone with very clear instructions. Thanks for the kind help and I highly recommend this team.
