Been here all the time every few weeks. Always satisfied with the services. My nails were severely damaged by nail extensions last year, but here they took good care of them that they all grow back strong and healthy. Image attached is my real nails

I’ve been here a number of times and most times I’ve been happy, but good customer service is largely based on how a business handles a situation when the customer isn’t satisfied. The last time I went for a gel/ shellac manicure, after day 1 the paint was peeling off. I immediately went back and told Anna the owner, and at first she said it’s not the paint it’s my nail that’s cracked and there’s nothing she can do. I explained to her it’s not my nail bc if it was I’d feel it in the middle of my nail bed and it should last more than one day. She complained in her language to her coworkers, told me I must’ve done something to crack my nail. After arguing with me for 5 minutes she begrudgingly fixed it but said she couldn’t spend much time on it bc she had another customer coming soon. Day 3, I had the entire finger of paint pop right off, with another to follow on day 4, and two other fingers starting to peel away from the nail as well. I refused to go back to her and have her make me feel uncomfortable and guilty when it’s clearly not my fault; I just will never go back there again. If you’re lucky to get a good batch of nails then great, but should anything go wrong, don’t expect ANY kind of customer service from this place. Update- 10 days after my nails were done, EVERY SINGLE ONE of the polish had literally popped off- all bare original nails and there was very clearly NO crack/tear in the initial nail that was fixed, that you are still insisting was there. Even my hubby said they must’ve missed a step somewhere during their busy overbooked schedule.

I have been going to Sculpture nails for 14 years. The technicians are experienced, talented, professional and friendly. The space is small but has everything you need to have a great experience and beautiful nails. Also they always do thier best to fit me in and they're willing to do fun nail art. The price is fair. I love supporting this small business and I always walk away happy!
