I've been coming here for years. Always great service and 5 stars all around. It's disappointing to see 1 star reviews from people who don't agree with the owners political views. We live in a democracy where sometimes people don't agree with one another. That's the freedom we should support here in Canada. You're always welcome to take your business elsewhere but leaving a bad review for a small business is outrageous!

Kinda gross very dirty Cold water in the machines and I think he is not exactly telling the truth when he said it's bc they just started.clothes were washed in cold. Pleasant enough gentlman though

Although the gentleman helping us was very nice this place is absolutely disgusting 🫣. I mean hasn't been cleaned in a millennium which is about how old the machines are! They also run very hot and ruined 2 of my carpets that I've had no issue with putting in the dryer before. Avoid this place like the plague! It's so dirty you may actually catch the plague here! 0 stars from me.

Trash equipment, dryers are uncleaned and filthy. Rather unpleasant person who would rather stroke himself off to the Trump news he cranks all day on the television than do his actual job, like cleaning the lint from the dryers. Clothes came out dirtier than they went in, shirts stained and ruined while staying wet after drying and spending $35. No air conditioning or even air Inside this tiny establishment. I wish I had read reviews before I went. This place is trash using trash equipment and now my clothes smell like trash and are trash.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the service I received at your store . I believe the woman assisting me—who I assume may be the owner’s wife—treated me in an extremely unprofessional and disrespectful manner. After I gave her my name, she asked to see my ID, which I provided. However, she seemed annoyed and unwilling to even check whether my package had arrived. Without verifying, she told me there were no packages dropped off today. Eventually, she retrieved a package with my name on it. During the process, she repeatedly asked for my name and address in an irritated tone. Then she muttered something like “weird name,” which felt insulting and discriminatory. While I was waiting for nearly 10 minutes, I called my colleague to inform them that I might be late for work. Shockingly, the woman asked me rudely, “Who are you talking to?” I explained it was my colleague, and she responded, “It’s not my fault you’re going to be late!”—a completely unnecessary and unprofessional remark. This level of customer service is unacceptable. I sincerely hope you will take this complaint seriously and provide proper training to ensure respectful treatment of customers in the future.
