zero for the receptionist who picked my call to book an appointmemt. She is so rude which doctor why do you want to see. we are full of appointments when i asked for if they can arrange as i have sewere pain she laugh and said we are full there are so many dentists. where is the professionalism.

Dr. Asad is extremely skilled and knowledgeable. He took care of a chip in my tooth and very patiently answered all my questions! Plus, he stayed over time to perform the procedure. Thank you so much Dr. Asad!

If there was a way to give 0 I DEFINITELY would. I called a number I found on Google for what I believe is Scottsdale Dental. My husband did a procedure there some time ago and had a great experience. We, a family of 3 do not have a family dentist as we ate new to Canada. I called the dental office just now to find out the cost for cleaning after we went on the weekend to enquire and was given a card to call. When I called I asked to get information on the coat for cleaning and was simply told by the person that answered is that they don't give quotes its the head office that does that. She said thanks for calling and just ended the call. Is that customer service? I didn't even get a chance to as what head office she is talking about or to get a contact number to call someone that can actually help me. I'd this how a business is run? Just know that you lost 3 customers through one poor service enquiry. Quite terrible if you ask me, obviously whatever she was doing was more important than to try and assist me properly.

I would give this office 0 stars. The receptionist Tina is extremely rude. She has 0 customer service skills. My mom went to the dentist herself thinking and returned home very upset with how she was treated by the receptionist. She spoke to my mom disrespectfully, rudely and didn’t even look up from her computer. She treated her as if she wasn’t even there and wasn’t even a person. We will be taking our business somewhere else. It’s unfortunate that because of the administrative staff the dentist who I’ve heard good things about has lost their business. Don’t come here. It’s not worth the time and energy. Plenty of other dental offices that are open whose receptionists are professional and kind.
