I’ve recently been suffering with some significant issues with my scoliosis - that was originally diagnosed in my younger years (and now I’m hoping to prevent major spinal surgery!) So I started my physio/IMS journey with Sam. He has been nothing but understanding, kind and informative during the time we’ve worked together. He introduced an alternate method (Schroth Method) - always answers all my weird questions, deals with my sometimes “choice language” during painful IMS sessions and even went through my spinal radiographs with me (and explained things in detail!) I honestly feel that not only have the treatments/physio routines been helpful but he actually introduced me to the idea of IMS to begin with — which has quite literally made a SIGNIFICANT impact on my daily pain/nerve/muscle issues that were my “norm” prior to.
