It was such a last minute booking for our family photo shoot. I was flying into Vancouver from the east coast to see my parents and to celebrate my mother's 80th birthday. She had a medical scare that lead me to realize life is too short and we needed to have a group family photo while we still can. When I contacted Sarah, she was very professional and thorough in what I was to expect from the photo shoot and the entire business transaction. The experience itself was easy going, enjoyable and down right fun. My father who is 83 years old laughed so hard watching the grand kids make impromptu poses that he had tears in his eyes. He hadn't laughed this hard in a long time. It had been over 12 years since we've been back to this city and the cousins who were toddlers at the time quickly warmed up to each other during the shoot. My immediate family have always had professional photos taken annually because I am a firm believer that it is so important to capture the moments and to be able to look back on them as the children grow. My brother, however, believes you don't need to be in a photo studio to do so and that his cell phone can do just that. I agree with him to an extent. However, when he saw the final proofs, even he had to admit, the lighting, the colour match and the professional poses are so instrumental to making a quality photo. Again, I have worked with many photographers through the years and I can confidently say Sarah has the professional skills and the interpersonal skills to make your experience memorable.

5 stars is not enough lol, ​It is impossible to quantify how much Sarah means to our family. She hasn't just taken photos, she's woven herself into the fabric of our family story. I had a MOMents in Time photo shoot with my little ones, and it was such a special experience. Sarah was incredibly friendly, patient, and kind, especially as I was feeling overwhelmed trying to get my 3-year-old and 1-year-old to stay still 😅. There was a bit of miscommunication with her previous assistant, but when I recently brought it up, Sarah was quick and professional in addressing the issue. It’s clear that she truly cares about her clients and wants them to have the best experience possible. In the end, I am incredibly happy with how the photos turned out, they are beautiful! I will truly treasure them forever.

I’ve always wanted to do a boudoir shoot, and I’m so glad I waited until I could do it with Sarah. When I inquired, it was super last minute and she made it happen. As she says, “I’m the Queen of making things happen". That is a fact! She absolutely delivered, and so did her team. Boudoir takes courage, but from the very first conversation, Sarah and her team were warm, inviting, and genuinely friendly. After just a few clicks of the camera, I felt completely at ease. She’s been incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the whole process, making it such a great experience. I will definitely come back for more! Had the best time with Sarah at her beautiful studio in Coquitlam! I came in for headshots and ended up doing a fun couple’s shoot with my partner. Every minute was a blast. Sarah is so warm and welcoming that it felt more like hanging out than a photo session. We even fit in some business branding photos, and I couldn’t be happier with how they turned out.
