Sano Wellness is always a great experience. The facility is clean, tidy, and welcoming the moment you walk in. Jenny Yau is an incredible RMT. She explains everything clearly, knows exactly what to focus on, and I feel real relief in my muscles after every visit. Highly recommend.

Caroline has been my go to RMT for years and I've been beyond excited for this venture with Sano. The space is just incredible - think modern clinic with the most relaxing vibes throughout. I typically see Caroline for routine maintenance throughout the sports seasons but she's also been great in helping me tackle various injuries quickly as well. Most importantly, she makes sure I'm equipped with the proper stretches and home-care to make sure I'm not regressing. It's also been great to see the list and types of therapists grow. Recently had an acupuncture treatment with Mika, who was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough with the treatment. One session alone made a noticeable difference in a nagging injury that had previously kept coming back. Would definitely recommend checking them out at Sano for some quick recovery and/or long-term maintenance!

The team at Sanowellness is knowledgeable and friendly. From my experience through RMTs and physiotherapy, this team provides attention to detail to the care you need and leaves you feeling refreshed after treatment. It’s been around 2 years coming to this clinic and I’ve learned more about my body as they do not focus on just the pain, but also how to strengthen or lengthen those weak/strong muscles. The atmosphere is relaxing and the environment is always clean. I would definitely recommend Sanowellness for anyone looking to seek help with their recovery!
