I had a disappointing experience here. I was told that if I did not take a courtesy car, my payment would be $300. I chose not to take one, but when it came time to pay, I was charged $500. The extra cost was never explained or disclosed beforehand. Transparency matters, and this situation felt misleading. I would recommend getting everything in writing before agreeing to any work.

They did a great job on my car repairing a deep scratch in matching the paint color. They were recommended to me from a 3rd party. Happy with the results, parking a challenge in the area but the work is more important.

I had my vehicle repaired through ICBC, and Sangam Auto Body did an excellent job. The repair was completed quickly, and they provided a newer-year rental vehicle. My car had a previous repair on the same side by another shop that left uneven panel gaps. Sangam Auto Body corrected those issues as well, even though they were not part of the original repair. Professional service and quality workmanship. Highly recommended.
