This is a Great laundry !! Clean, big a lot of washing machines and dryers , friendly staff, coin machines and even coffee!! Definitely my new laundrycoin 🥹🫶🏻

Overcharged $12 on dry cleaning and had to argue for the price on the website. This was my first time here and I was attracted by the excellent reviews. I dropped off my dry cleaning on a Wednesday for a following Monday pickup. I asked the price of dry cleaning two suits (jacket and pants- standard suits. See picture) and showed the price on my phone from their website (see picture) since there were no prices posted for dry cleaning services anywhere in the store. I was told that the price of $30/suit as stated on the website was correct. The man helping me was kind and friendly and told me that I would receive a text on Monday to pick up my suits. I received the text the following Monday morning and when I picked up the suits that afternoon, the woman gave me my bill and the suits and charged me $72 +tax ($36/suit, see picture). I paid cash because they don't take credit cards without an extra service fee. At the time I felt that the price was slightly higher but took the suits back to the car and checked their website on my phone. I went back to the same woman and asked why I was overcharged. Her first answer was that, "...the website is old..." When I asked where the updated prices where, she said, "... do you see the sign at the counter?..." The sign doesn't mention anything about prices subject to change. I then explained that the person who was helping me last Wednesday confirmed the prices. She told me that she would need to call someone... and did nothing. I pressed her to action and finally she called someone -I assume was her supervisor/manager- and spoke at length in another language. She seemed annoyed but finally hung and gave me my $12 back (I had to ask for the 60cent for tax). She proceeded to tell me that if I come back next time, the price will be more and implied that it was my fault. I understand that small businesses are struggling and I live in the area and love supporting small businesses but having to calmly debate someone for what is right makes me not want to give these folks my business. It's too bad. I would love to come back to Sampan but the excuses and the resistance to do what's right is a strange business practice and the customer service should be more professional. Again, the first gentleman was very nice. Perhaps, the woman on Wednesday was just in a bad mood? "2 -Stars" because the suits were dry cleaned adequately. I'm not that picky when it comes to dry cleaning but I am when it comes to fair pricing. Have a great day, everyone! Edit: I recently noticed that your website has been updated to reflect revised dry-cleaning prices. If my review contributed in any way to improving the accuracy and transparency of your posted pricing, I am pleased that future customers will benefit from clearer information. In my original review, I intentionally included a photograph of my suits to demonstrate that they were standard garments, without embellishments, sashes, or other features that your previous website indicated could result in higher charges. My intention was simply to provide context and ensure an accurate representation of the situation. Since the website has now been updated, I trust that any in-store signage has also been revised to clearly communicate that prices may vary. At the time of my visit, the notice displayed did not reflect this. Transparency in pricing is important, and when additional charges are necessary—such as for heavily stained garments—clear communication with the customer beforehand is both reasonable and consistent with reputable business practices. In my case, the suits were not excessively soiled or in need of special treatment that would justify additional cleaning charges. I believe my review provided a fair and factual account of my experience as a first-time customer. It was disappointing that resolving the matter required a prolonged discussion with a staff member regarding what I believed to be a reasonable and standard charge. Lowering my rating now.

First time to visit and i would say Srishti is very helpful and patient with me. Explained everything and even walked me through the steps to navigate the machine! Parking is pretty much available (at the time i visited) also free. Store is definitely clean and very well lit. Coffee is available and detergents too. Price is reasonable and the machine was fast and works great. They accept cash and card. It was not that busy when i visited but steady. I would really say it was a great experience!

This laundry place is excellent! It’s very clean, organized, and well-maintained. The staff is extremely friendly, you can buy coffee and have a comfortable chair while you wait. The machines are fast and efficient, and my clothes always come out perfectly clean. You can also pay electronically with your card, which makes everything much more convenient. I highly recommend this place!

Very clean and convenient with ATM, bills-coin changer, washroom, coffee station, wifi, and great waiting area. Washers and dryers working properly. (I suggest bringing cash to avoid paying $3 withdrawal fee from their ATM)
