I’ve had a really great experience with salt therapy here. It’s become a meaningful complement to my meditation and yoga practice, and I’ve especially appreciated it during times of congestion or seasonal allergies — I notice I leave feeling clearer and more relaxed. Both the salt room and the salt bed are calming and restorative. The environment is peaceful, comfortable, and easy to settle into. Lehla and her staff are warm, positive, and genuinely welcoming. You can feel that they care about creating a supportive experience rather than just offering a service. That makes a big difference. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something restorative and grounding.

I had a truly magical experience doing the 90 minute salt float. I plan on trying the dry salt room therapy as well as the infrared sauna. Salt Wellness has so much to offer with their therapy selection. The staff is very knowledgeable and welcoming too!

I can’t recommend my RMT - Candie enough. She is knowledgeable, professional, and extremely talented. The space is calming and clean, and the massage itself is always tailored to exactly what my body needs. I’ve noticed a huge improvement in my muscle tension, lymph nodes and overall well-being every time I come here.

Salt Wellness is s beautiful escape from our scheduled lives! The services offered are great and extensive. It's a really peacful Wellness Spa! I personally love to go for a float with my husband and find this to be a great date afternoon. Thank you for creating such a healthy escape!

I googled for infrared sauna and found this place, which offers not only sauna but a range of quite a few other wellness services as well! However I bought and tried sauna package for myself, which is absolutely great experience! They provide a robe, clean inside slippers, cold water, towels and a cold face cloth infused with essential oils, to cool off, afterwards! Place is well equipped, ultra clean with wonderful staff and service and a nice vibe to it! Plenty of parking in the building complex! You can download their app and book/cancel appointments on it, very convenient too! They have promotions going on, on their services from time to time! Five stars all the way!
