The salon itself is beautiful and the massage chairs are such a nice bonus! Madison is absolutely amazing. From the very first appointment, she was able to read my style and understand exactly how I wanted my hair, even when I didn’t know how to explain it myself. She’s so friendly, easy to talk to, and incredibly talented. Highly recommend!!

This is the first time I truly didn’t know where to start—and in the best way possible. Madison was absolutely incredible. I had a very bad experience from previous appointments that were not done by her, and my hair turned out horrible. I was extremely unhappy and left a very negative review of the business. Madison, the salon owner, personally reached out to me, called me, and patiently listened to every single concern and complaint I had. The level of patience and professionalism she showed was unbelievable. She refunded me the full amount I had paid—$292, which is a huge amount. Honestly, no salon would usually refund that kind of money after hair services done twice. She e-transferred the money without hesitation and asked me to book a consultation with her directly. I am so glad I did—otherwise, I would have truly regretted it. During the consultation, she examined my hair thoroughly and created a clear plan. She even opened the salon on her day off (Sunday) just for me. It was only her and me, and she worked flawlessly. The conversation we had was something I’ve never experienced with any hairdresser before—it didn’t feel like a first appointment at all. The final result was more beautiful than I ever expected. On top of the top-notch service, she even offered to do the appointment complimentary—which is almost unheard of these days. I chose to pay anyway because the salon had already tried to fix my hair and had refunded me fully as well. Madison went above and beyond in every possible way. Her professionalism, kindness, and dedication truly set her apart. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome and the experience. This is the first time I’m posting my face picture in a review—something I never do—but that alone shows how happy and confident I am with the results.

Saydee did an amazing job on my husband’s hair. She nailed both the toning and the cut. The colour looked natural and clean, and the haircut was exactly what he wanted. She was professional, friendly, and clearly knows what she’s doing. The whole experience was easy and comfortable, and his hair has never looked better. Highly recommend Saydee if you’re looking for someone who truly pays attention to detail and delivers great results.

I had a wonderful experience with Saydee today. I came in from a different stylist (different salon) with a disappointing result that was not getting fixed. I was able to book in with Saydee in a short time, and after chatting about what I was looking for vs what I got, she got to work! I spent a few hours there, but she walked me through what she was doing, was honest about what was achievable and what was not. Although new to the hair game, she was extremely professional, kind, and realistic. I left feeling much more confident about my hair, and finally happy with the result I was looking for.

Great salon! I started seeing Kayla after experiencing quite a bit of damage to the hair from a previous salon here. It's been a process to fix it, but she's done an amazing job. She has great attention to detail and is very knowledgeable. The owner is excellent, and is willing to communicate and find a solution if things don't go according to plan. My hair is bleach damaged and very fine so we had some very minor hiccups at the beginning. Even after I over-reacted, they treated me with nothing but kindness and went out of their way to turn it from a negative to a positive experience. If you are looking for a new stylist, you should call Salon Olivine. I'm sure you will enjoy the experience!
