Madison is hands down the best. I have thick, coarse hair and she styles and colors it better than anyone I’ve ever been to! She has been doing my hair for over 5 years and I trust her completely. My mom and I both go to her, and she’s also amazing with my mom’s thin hair.

Madison is so talented. She did a gorgeous blonde balayage on me and I’m obsessed with how it turned out. She also put extensions in. I have thin hair, and the difference was incredible — they blended perfectly and looked so natural. She truly knows what she’s doing and makes you feel so comfortable. I left feeling so beautiful!

This was my first visit to this salon and, unfortunately, it will also be my last. I booked a haircut with a senior stylist and specifically asked for a layered cut. Throughout the appointment I kept checking if there were layers, and she kept saying yes, even mentioning that they would be more visible after styling. After I got home and looked properly, there were no layers at all. It was just a basic trim at the bottom and some split ends removed. No real shape, no noticeable change, and definitely not a layered haircut. I paid a high price and even gave a good tip, expecting a proper result. Instead, I now have to book another appointment elsewhere and pay again to get my hair actually done. What’s more disappointing is that I later noticed other reviews saying similar things, which I had ignored before booking. Now I understand why. She didn’t ruin my hair, but she also didn’t do the haircut I asked for. For the price and reputation, I expected much better. I wouldn’t recommend this salon for haircuts, especially if you want something more than just a basic trim.

I got a haircut recently from the senior stylist. I told her what I want and she said okay thats perfect. I showed her videos as well and she did my haircut. I asked her to give me layers and curtain bangs with dimensions and face framing. After a cut she curled my hair. The curls looked so good that I could not realise that there are no layers at all. It was just a simple haircut she did to trim my dead and split ends. After spending a lot I got no results. I am so pissed off and I really want to book another appointment and get my haircut done again but not pay anything for it. I am literally so mad because I was super excited for the haircut and did not realize it right away because of the curls she did on my hairs. I really want another appointment booked to get it fixed without paying and want someone to get back to me via this comment!!!!!! It’s really disappointing.
