I absolutely love my new haircut by Heyna! The salon is very clean, cozy and welcoming. My hair stylist was so kind and creative, and gave me a super lovely layered haircut + layered bangs! The wash and dry is included in the appointment I booked which made the styling process so smooth as well. I had some photos I showed her and the results were so much better than I was expecting! Many thanks to the hair salon and Heyna, I will definitely recommend this place to anyone!

- The hairdresser doesn't speak English, it was hard to communicate. - She didn't wash my hair. She did a dry haircut, I never had this experience before. It was really scary. - I didn't follow the instructions that I gave to her. She did a V style and I really don't like it. - I sent a feedback, nobody answered.

Had just been served by Dada for my hair needs and this time I fully entrusted Dada to sort out my hair problems. Dada did a fantastic job for me and I was so pleased with the results of my hairdo. He is really skilful and knowledgeable in hair problems. So glad I tried it out as suggested by him. Well done Dada! Truly happy with the outcome. Thank you very much indeed!

There's lots of turnover. I find a stylist I like and then they leave. The only one I would avoid is Ann, she doesn't cut well for men at the very least. I got desperate, needed a cut and the one I wanted to go back to wasn't available on the day I was available. Vibes were just off and it really felt like I wasn't treated right. From the rough sponge strokes on my face, to the washing of my hair, to the unadjusted neck support on the shower station, to the water flicking onto my face, to the snooping of how much I tipped (should've been zero), to looking into the history to seeing how often I cut my hair (I trim my sides, because when I'm out, 99% of the time I'm wearing a hat). But ultimately, my cut was so bad, it was 100% uneven on both sides, like one side was amateur hour (as if I cut it myself looking through 3 mirrors and took out a chunk and couldn't blend it properly) and the other side was okay. Worst cut I've probably experienced here. Been here since 2016 before the salon changed owners. Too much turnover. I can't seem to keep the same stylist for a half a year. This last visit will be my last and the cut and the way I was treated will be the cause. I know they can do better, I've experienced it through the years.

I’ve had my haircuts done by Dada for years now, and the attention to detail, skill, and care really show in every appointment. He understands exactly what works for my head shape and style, and the results are consistently excellent. The haircut also grows out well, which I really appreciate. I’ve recommended him to friends and family, and they’ve all had great experiences as well. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a reliable stylist.
